Mystery Photo ~ assistance needed . . .

Elizabeth Bowers, a DVHH Mail list subscriber would appreciate assistance on dating the photograph below based on the children's clothing.  She knows this family was in Parabutsch in the 1900's.  Additionally, the second image is the back of the photo with a handwritten message (click to enlarge).  She would appreciate assistance in the translation. There is a possibility the parents are Apollonia Morlock (b1905 Para) and Martin Majovszky (b1904 Para).
