Hanging on the wall:
(L-R) pitch fork, (stukes); water chug; lunch bag; ladies straw hat; man's straw hat; 4-tong pitch fork, (straw); basket hanging on a rake (or manual cultivator.
On the floor left side: water tank; chug.  
Right corner:
wheel from wheat cleaner.
Left side of wagon, by left rear wheel: wheel block.
Front left wheel, by the axel: a foot step.
Left side of the wagon: hangs a lantern.
Inside wagon: (L-R) cultivator; harrow; seat blanket.
