Batscha / Baetschkele Slippers

I had to go to my parent's house and find them in the attic where I keep my "special things."  These slippers (we called them Batscha or Baetschkele) were made by my Oma when we were kids and teenagers.  My father owned a knitting mill when he came to the U.S. (originally from Sekitsch) and so my Oma had lots of yarn from my dad to knit and crochet with.
