Franz Schmidt is my GGGGGG grandfather.
My Schmidt's are from Luxemburg. Franz is listed as entry 3367 in the
Lenauheim Family Book CD. His first two wives passed away and his
third wife is listed as Christina Laurin (but I believe the name is
actually Lauer).

1777 married Franz Kottak, which is the main surname/ancestor line that
